Return Policy
. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Hope Signature Collection merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Exclusions:
Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email/Phone] within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

4. Shipping Charges:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.

5. Refund or Exchange:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
